The agreement governing your use of the SalesFit.AI platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
SalesFit.AI is licensed for legitimate sales hiring, coaching, and team-intelligence use. You agree not to resell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying scoring engine, and not to use the platform to make decisions prohibited by employment law. Assessments must be administered to candidates and team members fairly and in line with the platform's intended purpose.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Organizations are responsible for managing their own users, roles, and access. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Customers retain ownership of their assessment data and report outputs. SalesFit.AI retains ownership of the platform, the scoring engine, the archetype frameworks, and all related intellectual property, and retains the right to use de-identified, aggregated data for research that improves the instruments.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cycle you select. Assessment quotas and seat limits are defined by your plan. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled at any time; Enterprise terms are governed by your order form. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.
SalesFit.AI provides decision-support intelligence, not a guarantee of any hiring outcome; final employment decisions remain the customer's responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and you may close your account at any time.
