SalesFit.AI privacy policy. How we collect, use, and protect your data. GDPR and CCPA compliant. This page describes the data SalesFit.AI collects, how it's used, who it's shared with, and the rights you have over your data.
We collect only what is necessary to deliver the assessment platform: account information (name, work email, organization), assessment responses, and the report outputs generated from those responses. We collect standard technical data — IP address, browser type, and usage events — to keep the service secure and reliable. We do not collect special-category personal data, and the assessment never asks for protected characteristics.
Assessment responses are scored by a deterministic engine and synthesized into a report for the organization that invited you. Account and technical data is used to operate, secure, and improve the platform. We use de-identified, aggregated data for research that improves the scoring instruments. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
We share data only with the subprocessors required to run the platform — cloud hosting, the AI model that drafts report narratives, payment processing, and transactional email. The full list is published on our subprocessors page. The AI report-generation model receives de-identified scoring outputs plus first name and role; it does not receive raw response data.
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and access is isolated per organization and enforced at every API endpoint. SOC 2 Type II is in progress. Under GDPR and CCPA you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. Enterprise customers can request a Data Processing Agreement.
