AI Disclosure
SalesFit.AI uses artificial intelligence in several areas of its platform. This page explains where AI is used, what it does, and what it does not do.
Where AI Is Used
- Report Generation: After a candidate completes the assessment, an AI language model synthesizes the scores into a narrative report. Every claim in the report traces back to a scored data point — the AI connects the dots, it does not invent them.
- Coaching Blueprints: The AI generates a personalized 90-day coaching plan based on the candidate's archetype and dimension scores.
- Interview Questions: The AI generates structured interview questions specific to the candidate's archetype and risk profile.
- 1:1 Coaching Briefs: AI-generated summaries to help managers prepare for individual coaching conversations.
Where AI Is Not Used
- Scoring: The scoring engine is a deterministic algorithm, not a neural network. The same response array always produces the same scores.
- Archetype Classification: Classification is based on the highest composite score across the four archetype dimensions — pure math, no AI.
- Deal Killer Detection: Deal Killer flags are triggered by specific response patterns crossing defined thresholds — rule-based, not AI.
